  • To ensure a quick and effective resolution, kindly include a detailed description of the issue when filing a complaint.
  • All disputes must be submitted within three (3) days of the event that gave rise to the complaint. Claims made after this timeframe will not be considered. Customers are fully responsible for their account activity and transactions.
  • In the event of a dispute, server logs and official records will be deemed final. If there is any inconsistency between the result displayed on your screen and the game server, the game server’s official records will prevail.
  • If all attempts to resolve a dispute directly with us are unsuccessful, the Customer has the right to pursue settlement through arbitration.
